The collection of personal data is done for the purpose\nof informing customers and issuing requested technical solutions.<\/p>\n

      Rights under GDPR<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Right to Information: The right of the data subject to be directly informed by the controller about the controller's identity or its representative, the purposes for which the personal data will be used, the recipients of the data, etc. Art. 13, 14 GDPR.<\/li>\n
      2. Right of Access: The individual has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation of whether personal data is being processed or not. Access to the respective data and the following information is necessary: (a) purposes of the processing; (b) categories of personal data concerned; (c) recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, especially recipients in third countries or international organizations; (d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; (e) the existence of the right to request the controller to rectify or erase personal data or restrict processing concerning the data subject, or the right to object to such processing; (f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; (g) where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source \u2013 Art. 15 GDPR.<\/li>\n
      3. Right to Rectification: The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement. \u2013 Art. 16 GDPR.<\/li>\n
      4. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the controller is obliged to erase personal data without undue delay in the situations and conditions provided by Art. 17 GDPR. In cases where the controller has made the personal data public and is obligated, under paragraph (1), to erase them, the controller, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementation, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform other controllers processing the personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data. It should be noted that the regulation provides for some exceptions to this right: (a) for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; (b) for compliance with a legal obligation that requires processing under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; (c) for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, in accordance with Article 9(2)(h) and (i) and Article 9(3); (d) for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89(1), to the extent that the right referred to in paragraph (1) is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing; or (e) for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. \u2013 Art. 17 GDPR<\/li>\n
      5. Right to Restriction of Processing: The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of processing in the following cases: (a) the accuracy of the data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the data; (b) the processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; (c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or (d) the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1), pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        In case processing has been restricted as outlined above, such personal data may, except for storage, only be processed with the data subject's consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State. \u2013 Art. 18 GDPR<\/p>\n

        1. Right to Data Portability: The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or a contract or is carried out by automated means. \u2013 Art. 20 GDPR<\/li>\n
        2. Right to Object: At any time, the data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them, including profiling based on those provisions. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          When personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. \u2013 Art. 21 GDPR<\/p>\n

          1. Right Not to be Subject to Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling: The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them. The above situation does not apply if the decision: (a) is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and a data controller; (b) is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also provides for suitable measures to safeguard the data subject's rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests; or (c) is based on the data subject's explicit consent. \u2013 Art. 22 GDPR<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Legal Limitation<\/strong><\/p>\n

            In accordance with Article 23(1)(e) of EU Regulation No. 679\/2016, the Right of Access, Right to Rectification of inaccurate data, Right to Erasure of data, Right to Restriction of Processing, and Right to Object can be exercised by the user only for those personal data whose sole basis for processing is the user's consent. The company may limit the exercise of these rights to the extent that their exercise puts the company in a situation where it would violate imperative provisions established by legislative acts, the violation of which could lead to the company's sanctioning in any manner.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

            The company does not carry out systematic processing of data in the sense of profiling, and decisions are not made based on automated processing of the collected data within the meaning of EU Regulation No. 679\/2016.<\/p>\n
