FROM RAW MATERIALS TO LIGHTING SOLUTIONS

Raw Materials
Our company carefully selects the raw materials needed for production, such as aluminum, stainless steel, plastic plates, prismatic plates, cables and electronic components. They are purchased only from trusted suppliers who ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

Design and Engineering
A team of engineering specialists work together to develop the concept and specifications of the final product. This involves the creation of technical drawings, the selection of components and the establishment of the production process.

Manufacturing Process
Raw materials are processed into various components needed for lighting fixtures. For example, metals are cut, welded, bent and formed into structures and housings, then they are painted, then plastic components are cut, glued, or combined, and cables are cut into different lengths.
FROM THE FINISHED PRODUCT TO THE PACKAGING

Assembly
The manufactured components are brought together to form the light fixture. This includes mounting the housing, installing the electronics such as LEDs and control circuits, then attaching the light diffusion panels, and the process is closed by labeling.

Testing and Quality Control
Assembled products undergo rigorous testing to verify proper operation, safety and quality. These tests may include electrical verification, water and dust resistance testing, as well as aesthetic evaluation or endurance testing. All products are individually checked for functionality and appearance.

Packaging
The products are packed and palletized to be ready for transport. We provide safe and efficient packaging to ensure that the products reach their destination in perfect condition.
